How can you claim to be green?

We look at every part of the business and always know changes can be made. Our web hosting friends over at Krystal run their data centre on 100% renewable energy. The team at Inkthradable only use DTG printers which use only water-based inks. They’re OEKOTEX® approved (they don’t contain any regulated or unregulated chemicals harmful to the environment). All shipping is done through DPD who are well committed to their Carbon Neutral delivery.

How do you print your clothing?

All clothing is made to order, that way there is no waste. Orders go through to Inkthreadable who use DTG printers which use only water-based inks. They’re OEKOTEX® approved (they don’t contain any regulated or unregulated chemicals harmful to the environment).

Do we need a face to face?

Not at all, use the contact us page to get in touch and we can discuss what ever is the best way for future conversations.

How much does a website cost?

Website costs come down to the complexity of the work. Roughly website designs start from £50 and then £5 a month in hosting costs.

Are there other hidden costs?

We ensure that all costs are discussed well in advance of the start of the work. The only costs will be the initial web design costs and a monthly hosting fee. URL are included in the web hosting costs and managed by us. Should you move hosting you can take URL with you.

Maintenance of the website is included in the web design costs, this included general updates. Should larger updates be requested for the website there will be a new designing cost associated.

How do I place an order?

Whist on the shop, please use the buy now options and complete the order using PayPal checkout. You do not need a Sifer or PayPal account to use checkout.

How long will my delivery take?

All our items are made to order, this means it does take a couple of days for shipping. We usually advise up to 5 days for delivery of your items, however please leave it 14 days before contacting us.

Where is my order?

Sometimes, when things get really busy it can take a little longer for delivery. Please leave it 14 days before contacting us. When contacting us please include any order references you might have.

Can I cancel my order?

Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns or exchanges. If you contact us we see if the order has been processed which will mean we can cancel the order.

How do I return my item?

Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns or exchanges.

However if there is a fault with the item, simply email with a photo and description of the fault and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
